Attorney Tanya Peeva is a founder and managing partner at BSLC (Black Sea Law Counsel), a law and consulting firm. She graduated in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 1986. She is fluent in Bulgarian and Russian. She has been practicing law since 1991 and has extensive professional experience in the fields of civil and administrative law. She is registered with the Bulgarian Bar under personal number 1200043980. For 15 years she was a member of the Sofia Bar Association and is currently a member of the Burgas Bar Association. Throughout her professional career, she has combined legal practice with active administrative and public service. She served as a municipal councilor during the 1995–1999 mandate and as Chief Secretary of the Yambol Regional Administration. She has also held the position of Deputy Mayor responsible for construction in the Municipality of Yambol, where she gained substantial practical experience in territorial planning, municipal administration, and construction processes.
